Welcome to My Blog and Thanks for Stopping By!

Hey there! Welcome to the official home of Justin Yong!

I really wondered how I should start this about myself page and decided that I would just begin with my overall outlook on life.

Well… I’m a person that truly believes anything is possible in life; and that the only real difference is whether we have the desire to go out there and get it!

“There is one quality that one must possess to win, and that is definiteness of purpose, the knowledge of what one wants, and a burning desire to possess it” – Napoleon Hill

The glass is always half full for me and I strive on being an optimistic person. Through my 20 odd years on this earth, I’ve managed to cultivate an uncanny ability to look at things on the bright side… and well, it’s probably because I’ve been beaten down by life several times but each time I’ve bounced right back up and kept on going!

I’ve learnt that every painful experience leaves a mark but what matters most is that we learn from them instead of allowing them to bring you down. The power of positive thinking is so powerful and everyone can achieve this, you just need to know how to cultivate it!

Starting out, I was searching for an opportunity to build my entrepreneurial dreams… looking for a way out of the corporate rat race… and I stumbled into the Network Marketing industry. And once I understood the enormous potential this industry held, I knew that this was the path I would take!…

Of course, it was not just plan sailing…

I came into the industry without any prior knowledge and I struggled hard through the learning process, enduring constant challenges and setbacks along the way…. it was a gruelling period. But I am nothing but GRATEFUL for that period of time!

Because, those failures… the obstacles…, they all contributed to my learning and they taught me the most important lesson… to NEVER GIVE UP!… I fell many times but I never stopped getting up and getting back into the game and that’s what we need to do to succeed!

No matter how hopeless or desperate a situation, I pushed on with the belief that I could do it, each time learning from my mistakes and correcting them…

Looking for solutions everyday and fighting to create my own sense of freedom! I constantly kept my mind focused on my goals and visions and never succumbed to any false security alternatives.

I dug deep within myself and DEVELOPED the strength inside to keep on fighting…

And if YOU can do the exact same, you will find that what each of us have inside is amazing! I know for a fact that EVERYONE has it inside them, it’s really just about looking for it and finding it!

Now, after dedicating myself to my objectives, I now bring in monthly more than I ever expected from any high position corporate job! I now have infrastructures in place to constantly generate leads, and can rely on positive cash flow every month… and this feeling is simply incredible!

And what was more amazing was that I never had a doubt in my mind that I could do it!

And that is exactly why I want to issue YOU a challenge today! Because that is the best thing I can give you!!… I challenge YOU to do what I did and look within yourself to discover your own calling and realize what you know you can achieve as long as you put your heart to it!

Once you find it within yourself… there is nothing and I mean NOTHING in this world that can stop you from getting what you want and “Living the life that you desire”.

The objective of this blog is really to share the knowledge, information and strategies that I personally use to create my personal success and freedom. And it is my hope that every piece of information that I put on this blog will in some way or rather impact your life for the better!

Take your time to go though my posts and read through what I have and take in as much as you can from this blog and if I can improve your life for the better, even just for a tiny bit, then this blog would have served its purpose.

Choosing My Path in Life…

Ever since an early age, I have been interested in entrepreneurship. My grandparents were entrepreneurs and so are my parents and this helped foster a sense of entrepreneurship in me.

I remember back when I started, I had just graduated from University and was about to join a bank and begin my corporate rat race… It was a real struggle for me because deep within me, I had an entrepreneur fighting to break free. Something in me just KNEW that I could achieve much greater things.

Back in those days, I used to spend weekends with my friends, listening to them complain about the corporate world and the 60 to 80 hour work weeks. It was evident that many were sacrificing a lot because of the corporate world and this was especially so in Singapore’s fast paced environment. It was easy to get caught up in the rat race and the never ending struggle and I didn’t want to just be another statistic trying to climb the corporate ladder, eventually trading my time for money.

Every other day, I had friends telling me about feeling sick and tired of it all and how they felt like their efforts were not recognised and I could feel the dread and unhappiness that they were going through. Having worked in that situation before, I personally experienced those same emotions that they were trying to convey. The robotic daily routine that headed nowhere, and everyone could feel it…

So with my entrepreneurial desire, coupled with the fact of being surrounded by the negativities of the corporate world, you can imagine that it didn’t take too long for me to seriously consider starting my own business and not to work for someone else. The only problem then was that I didn’t have any proper direction of where to start and it seemed like getting a job first would be a good idea (an easy way out! – the false sense of security…).

But through a twist of good fortune I happened to stumble across an incredible opportunity online, and well, being the skeptical person I am, I really didn’t believe in it much in the beginning.

Never the less… I still decided to do some research on that particular opportunity as it really caught my attention. It was amazing when I begin to realise that I was looking at an extremely legitimate opportunity that would really work.

This was the opportunity I was waiting for. I now had both the DESIRE and the DIRECTION that I wanted… so I crossed out any doubt in my mind that I would succeed and made my decision. I took the plunge and have never looked back.

Now I make my living on the internet. Each and every day I meet, network and give back to many other new, like minded entrepreneurs and business individuals all over the world that have made the decision to be their own boss and start creating their own lives.

I happily work from my home (or anywhere in the world, since I love travelling!!!). I wake up as and when I think I need to and take a break when I feel I deserve one. My income is multiple times what I would have got in that Bank Job. My unique business works for me 24 hours a day even when I’m sleeping and resting and most importantly I now answer to myself and not a boss!

It’s great being my own boss and I always tell others… as long as YOU have the determination and the discipline, YOU can achieve your dreams!

I now live a life of abundance and I’m so grateful for having the courage to take that step then.

Effort, effort and more effort…

Of course, it was not plain easy sailing from the get go… well, whoever said that starting a business was an easy task? Being totally new to the industry, I had to overcome a great learning curve and really educate myself on exactly how to work online and the going was tough. I have had my share of failures and when I first begin on this journey, I found myself struggling with a never-ending flow of obstacles, set-backs, and daily challenges. But you know what… Looking back now, I’m GRATEFUL for that period of time.

That time of failure allowed me to better understand myself and discover the extent of my self-belief. Even in grim situations, I always managed to pick myself up and I kept persevering. I accepted what was happening and looked deep down inside to find the strength that I needed to carry on. I learnt from my mistakes and took action to correct them and I formulated a mental confirmation that my hunger for what I really wanted in life will always keep me going.

Most importantly, I never lost sight of my destination and my purpose because I believe that that’s what life is about – “If you do not live your life in the pursuit of what you truly desire, then you are nothing but a passing soul in this world”

“Desire is the key to motivation, but it is determination and commitment to an unrelenting pursuit of your goal – a commitment to excellence, that will enable you to attain the success you seek” – Mario Andretti

Having been through those difficulties personally, I now strive to help individuals leap over those traps that others fall into everyday, fast forwarding their route to success.
